Oprah Uses Mindfulness

Television executive and Academy Award Winner, Oprah Winfrey, practices Mindfulness twice a day. Twenty minutes in the morning and twenty in the evening. She has Mindfulness coaches who provide training to her staff at the Oprah Winfrey Network.
